The Artist Behind the Poster   Craig Tyler grew up in Santa Barbara California and moved to Ventura in 1988.   He's a commercial illustrator and when he's not in his studio, you'll usually find his   VW van parked at some nearby surf spot.   He's had a few local shows of his surf art. The first in 1999 highlighting a 2 year trip   to the South Pacific aboard his 35 foot sloop Serenade.   He is currently working on a group of paintings focused on the surfers that ride here in Ventura County.   The opening of the show is scheduled for summer 2006.
