For the past 20 years, Thom Theys and Frank Sentes have been announcing the annual surf contest at C Street.
Their combined surfing commentary and hilarous antics keep everyone entertained the entire weekend!

Divisions:

Men: 18 and under	Men: 50-59 years
Men: 19-25 years	Sr. Men: 60+
Men: 26-39 years	*Super Legends: 70+
Men: 40-49 years	Jr Women: 19 and under
Men: 50-59 years	Young Women: 20-39 years
	Women: 40 and over

Age is determined based on your age as of September 15, 2007.
Longboard must be at least 9' or 3' over the the riders head.

ENTRANCE FEE: $75 (includes contest entry, shirt, goodie bag, and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a surfboard in a "contestant only" raffle)

ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, August 24, 2007. The first 200 entries will be accepted and must be received or postmarked by August 24, 2007.

OLD LOG EVENT:

The Old Log Event is open to contestants who live in Ventura, Santa Barbara or San Luis Obispo Counties Only. It is limited to the first 30 entrants. The boards must be at least 35 years old, no leashes or wetsuits. There is an additional $20 fee for the "old log" event.

Directions From the North - Take 101 South to Ventura Ave exit (next exit after 33). At exit, turn right onto Thompson. Turn right onto Figueroa. Follow Figueroa to the water. From the South - Take 101 North to California Street exit. At exit, turn left onto California Street. Turn right onto Harbor, then left onto Figueroa. Follow Figueroa to the water. From the East - Take 126 West to 101 North and follow directions above. From the West - Paddle east, buddy, paddle east.
