Just like other androgenic steroids, Dianabol is also toxic to liver i.e. Hepatotoxic. Liver’s function is to metabolize the products like Dianabol. But it is hard to breakdown by the liver. This is toxic to the liver causes damage to the liver, in worst cases, it can assist the onset of cancer.
Heart and Blood vessels
Dianabol causes the rapid increase in body weight gain which brings cardiovascular issues along with it. Increase in body weight increases the stress on heart and vessels due to increased oxygen demand of body. It increases the heart rate and blood pressure as well, which affects heart over a longer period.
It increases the cholesterol level of the body which further increases strain on the circulatory system.
Dianabol increases the level of testosterone in the body, excess testosterone is broken down into estrogen and another byproduct dihydrotestosterone. This byproduct affects the growth of hair on body, face, and scalp. It can cause baldness also if used for a longer period.

Dianabol increase the estrogen level of the body as well. In men, the estrogen is just opposite (antagonist) to the testosterone. It causes reduced muscle tone, increased body fat, fatigue. It also causes the prostate enlargement and loss of libido.
